I have stopped keeping up with the posts on the site. Because there is a ton of great information already posted, I will not be removing the previous posts. I hope that with the posts and the pictures within the above tabs, All Around Home, LLC is your choice for your repairs and improvements!
Awesome kitchen renovation underway. It has been taken all the way down to the studs (or lack there of). Currently re-doing all electrical. Finalizing electrical and plumbing tomorrow. Great pics to come!
Awesome family (sad to see them getting ready to go) is moving to Boston. We have been working on a punch-out list covering a bit of everything. Large milestone today with the completion of the rebuilding of the bay window. Two deck posts and a few interior items left.
New Tile floor in Sunroom, Laundry room, and Kitchen. 30 year old Mexican tile was removed (oh man!) before the new floor went down. The orange is an underlayment called Ditra. Although almost twice the work, it provides an additional layer of flexability safegaurding against cracking.
Sorry for the month delay in posting new photos. It has not been due to a lack in work. Work has been comprised of punch-out lists (all areas), tons of wood rot repair, and tile, plumbing, and electrical.
Two small jobs today. The second was rather involved. The customer had added a nice trex deck (compliments of http://www.pgcdecks.com/). They needed the hose bib relocated for use in their new garden. I added a bib for them on the far side of the deck. It was fed by a 50' hose that had to be fished under the low clearence deck with many obsticles. Tricky, but fun and done!
-wood rot repair (soffit, French door, and front door casing and frame)
-electrical (lights to code, electrical box work)
-plumbing (TPR valve replacement)
-appliance (range) adjustment, central vac recepticle repair
-window sill replacement
-bottom sash order and install
AND it was a beautiful 86 degrees today!!! AWESOME!
I forgot to take a picture today. My wife reminds me everytime I go and I still forget. I will say that it looked great and the customer was very happy. I replaced the casing around the garage doors with a composite product so the customer will never have to worry about rot/ insect issues again.
